At DLD, we are well-versed in market research methodologies and have years of experience in strategy development and product marketing across a breadth of product categories and customer types.
The co-founders, Sue Arment and Susan Gilbert, have over 40 years of combined experience. Since the inception of DLD they have been consulting with an array of small and large companies from industries ranging from high tech computing to healthcare. Prior to this they spent the majority of their careers at Hewlett Packard developing customer understanding to drive strategy and product and market development. In addition, both Sue and Susan have advanced degrees in marketing and degrees in the behavioral sciences (human psychology and animal behavior). Their experiences and knowledge provide them with the ability to bring together the right resources, research methodologies and behavioral understanding that fit the client’s requirement.
